During the course of Play Testing I've discovered an issue with the software that needed to be fixed. I found it was rather annoying to have to tell a new play tester that she couldn't be an Elf because my application didn't allow me to make that change. How annoying is that? Oh only like totally.

But anyway, her comment was that it's great to have a mini-system like the ODS so long as it allows flexibility of options, rather than restricting options. That's the point of the ODS, after all. The Web Application, which supports the ODS rules, should conform to that principal.
